We strive to ensure long-term satisfaction with our products and provide support whenever issues occur.
Additionally, understanding how and why damage occurs helps us improve our designs and materials. By identifying weak points, we can continue to increase the quality of our clothing.

Has something been damaged on your latex item? Please send us an email at info@limitlatex.com with a description and images of the damage. This way we can discuss whether the repair is worthwhile, and what the expected costs are. If you agree, we will proceed with the repair process.
Conditions

It is a Limit Latex or Fantastic Rubber item.

The product must be in a condition that makes repair both possible and worthwhile. Repairs will not be carried out on items that are likely to fail again upon the next wear, for example when the material is already severely weakened or when the damage involves non-repairable components such as corset clasps.

Repairs will not be provided freely for damage caused deliberately, through negligence, or as a result of misuse.
Repair Preparations
We expect the product you want us to repair to be clean, de-oiled and powdered. How to do this:
- 1.
Make the latex wet with running water on both sides
- 2.
Use a generous amount of detergent/dish soap or hair shampoo
- 3.
Wash the latex until foam forms
- 4.
Turn the item inside out
- 5.
Repeat the wash as before
- 6.
If both sides foam well, remove the soap under running water
- 7.
Dry the latex item with a towel
- 8.
When fully dried, powder outside and inside
If you send a latex item for repair and it is still oiled, we will charge EUR 50 for cleaning, deoiling and powdering.

Description
Please describe any damages as accurately as possible including pictures. Tiny holes are often difficult to find otherwise. Please add the description of the damage along with the product in the delivery package.
Name & Address
We also kindly ask you to include a note in the package with your name and address details, so we know where to return the item(s) once it has been repaired.
Shipping
Shipping costs are at your own expense. Return shipping for repairs within the Netherlands is free of charge.
Any import duties will need to be paid by the sender. We will not be responsible for courier or customs fees.
